We can supply all your IT equipment. We have access to a wealth of equipment as well as out of the box equipment which is fantastic value for money.

In addition to this we know what equipment you need so we will get it right first time or take it back and refund you.

Some customers supply their own, which is fine by us. There are a number of cheap resellers out there, and we will be slightly more so why would you buy from us?

If we resell you equipment we have to provide the warranty, so we have to spread the cost of failures across all the equipment we supply to our customers. An online retailer will tell you the warranty is with the manufacturer, but if you say buy a Dell laptop and it fails we know that is 2 – 3 hours of work to get it fixed. We cover this ourselves if we have supplied the equipment, but if you supply it you need to do this warranty return or pay us to do it, which is fair.

In simple terms if you provide your own, it may be cheaper, but you own the risk so you may or may not be better off.

We also know there is some equipment which looks like great value but is unreliable, doesn’t last as long as it should, and we will not supply it.

The vast majority of our customers buy from us as it is easier and the few failures are handled by us. If we find we are uncompetitive on a product line like Apple Mac’s we will tell you. If you have a friend who works for a manufacturer then it may be worth buying from them and us supporting the product.

There is very little margin in supplying product, so self-supply isn’t a problem to us.
