A Little History
The business started as our founder was helping a friend start a dental business whilst also doing a full time job. The problem was when the business needed help he was busy. He tried to find an alternative who didn't want to charge a kings ransom, and were not a sole trader. There was no one, so the business was born.
What was needed was a small team who would require many customers to make it financally work for both parties, and it had to remain small to keep the friendly, trusted relationship.
Some of our customers have remained small, some have grown as that was their plan, one from 2 to nearly 200. Almost all our customers are recommendations.
To ensure quality of services our busness has taken on providing internet to our customers, telephones, computers, laptops, printers everything you need to be successful.

Have control of your IT
It's all changed, people work from home (or you hope they do) and even office workers travel and need acess to your systems.
We supply and manage Office 365. We listen to what you want recommend, deliver and then keep ensuring it is secure
We will look at your offices, where you want coverage, what is available, supply and maintiain. Any problems we get them fixed, no more dealing with an offshore call centre.
We have our own platform, which means we can do what you want and fix faults. But the main advantage is we do it for you and provide advice.
We have trade accounts with the market leaders, we find what you need, configure and install it. You can also source it yorself
Many regulated business's require compliance to standards, and these are explained in technical speech. We complete this for you and maintain the documentation.
We work with small and large networks. Alot of this work is fixing large networks which are not performing do access control and CCTV companies

There are two ays we charge, pay as you go which means you pay in 15 minute blocks or a fixed monthly contract where all your standard IT needs are included
Yes we are a proper business so have insurance. Our staff who attend site are DBS checked.
We operate a helpdesk 9-530 Monday to Friday, but we do have emergency cover for those odd important things that happen out of hours.
We supply VoIP but do not resell it we have our own switch, which has two servers one in London the other Amsterdam for reliablity.
